Shipping Policy

Shipping is done via Royal Mail and is a Standard Delivery. If you wish to have a higher level of delivery - including Next Day delivery then please get in touch as that will require further payment. (Do this via the Contact page)

Return & Exchange Policy

Roseblade does not accept returns but we will do anything within our brand to ensure that the product is altered to satisfy you as the customer. 

If a return nothing can be done then a refund will be accepted, this is made to store credit and can be used for future purchases. 

Exchanges of bags that are the same size but in a different colour way/print can be made - get in touch via the Contact page if you wish do exchange a product. The product must be in its original state.
